Maybe they do not sound names Andy Summers and Robert Fripp . The first is the new wave band's guitarist The Police (yes, of Sting), the second foundation stone of this institution is King Crimson. They gathered in the 80's to get two records together, and then did nothing. This album is full of guitar experimentation, which we are accustomed Fripp, but coupled with the harmonies and arpeggios Summers. INGREDIENTS - 2 goat shoulders
- 300 grs.
onion - 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 bay leaves
- 130 grs.
Honey - 200 gm.
white wine - 100 grs. wine vinegar
- 100 grs.
olive oil - Paprika

ground black pepper - Salt

PREPARATION:
Heat a large skillet with oil, onions and garlic into small pieces and sauté.
Add the shoulders and brown on both sides. Browse
bay leaves, wine, paprika, pepper and sal. Remover bien para que se mezclen todos los ingredientes, bajar un poco el fuego y dejar que se guise hasta que la salsa reduzca un poco.
Precalentar el horno a 190º.
Poner las paletillas en un fuente para horno y meterlas durante 40 minutos, regándolas frecuentemente con la salsa para que no queden secas.
Ponemos un cazo al fuego con la miel y el vinagre, sin dejar de remover hasta que la salsa esté bien ligada.
Echar la salsa de miel por encima de las paletillas y dejar 10 minutos más en el horno.
Triturar la salsa que nos ha quedado.
Servir las paletillas con la salsa.
