Recipe taken from Eva ArguiƱano program, "Today you cook"
(Serves two)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium eggplant
- 1 wedge blue cheese
- 6 salmon fillets fine
- 1 egg
- Flour for dusting

Cut the eggplant into thickish slices and placed in a dish with a little salt on top for about 20 minutes.
