is a display font for short words, inspired by the shapes of metal paper clips.
experimentation began with clips made directly on metal, bending and twisting until he found the letters, then followed with the digitization of the characters and their correction in the computer. It is characterized by its rounded edges and linear traits.
takes its name from Johan Vaaler, one of the alleged inventor of paper clip in Norway, 1889.
was held in the Typography Workshop at the University of Chile, led by Rodrigo Dueñas JKO and Felipe Contreras Cortez FACO.
also functions as a kind of neon pretty decent.
