This album is the soundtrack of a video game called Alone in the Dark (series known by many) in its fifth edition (2008), I found interesting was put mainly because of the things that caught my attention as I was playing, the composition is by a Frenchman named Olivier Deriviere composer who interestingly was also responsible for the soundtrack of Obscure and Obscure II, both games of the horror genre. This paper
something that attracts attention is the use of more unusual vocal harmonies and non-use of a real orchestra, I mean, all the instruments you hear are played electronically, and together with the inclusion of the vocal group The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices achieve together a incredible atmosphere. A highly recommendable disc may sound sappy have a video game soundtrack;)
