When I was first listening to this album, I suddenly fell tile: "But if this is progressive rock ... !!!". Sure it was, and I had to swallow my prejudices against Charly García (who already had half choked)

Ciertamente en la época el disco sufrió los tijeretazos de la censorship, taking the group maul some songs, and even completely ignore two: Juan Suppression and Boots crazy (which were already recorded, in a later edition included as bonus tracks).

Finally, a worthwhile album, because musically it is very complete and consistent, and it is progressive rock in English. Unfortunately

upload it only to 128 kbps, as soon as you have a better quality re-raised him. Musicians

Considerado por muchos uno de los mejores discos del 2009, Part the Second de los gringos Maudlin of the Well se gana la fama que tiene.

El grupo, catalogado como Experimental/Post Metal, combina en este disco una multiplicidad de sonoridades que, sin embargo, logran plasmar con total coherencia e incluso yo diría perfección, a tal punto de que características tan disimiles dissonant riffs and distorted as they can live in perfect harmony with chamber music passages of Ravel, without seeming out of place or forced. Parts of irregular rhythms, environmental or even metal, succeed in this work that maintains a permanent melancholy post-rock.

Another interesting aspect to note is that the album was entirely funded by fans, who donated the money that could be produced by the band, who then put the disk available to the public for free download on their website. Disco

highly recommended.

Tool is an American rock band often associated with progressive metal, which have been practicing since its inception in the 90's. However, this definition falls short when talking about this band. The group year after year has shown a constant evolution as musicians and have managed to impress with ever more ambitious projects, from his incredible Ænima in 96 the band was working for 5 years to achieve this record:

Lateralus Tool's music is governed by a very raw and dark sound that leads the listener from powerful passages where the bass stand out, the distorted guitars come and mingle metric with countless variations of the battery to quiet and cautious musical scenes where ambient sounds do their part. All this added to the virtuous voice of Maynard Keenan (one of my favorite musicians).

The album on the other hand does the job of using (at that time and from there to this day) both sound and visual environment, it is essential to have to see the band live (if possible) or any of his videos to hear his music. Interestingly enough for those who like to investigate, for this album the band bordered with the Fibonacci sequence and golden sections. One need only listen carefully and measure some things hidden within the songs, here a reference link to be in a little bit on the subject:

It might be one of the few works to bring this to the music, so there you go. Download with confidence as it is an excellent album (speaking as an objective listener.) Strongly recommended and one of the best jewels of the band (speaking as a fan)

Musicians
Maynard James Keenan - vocals, electronic keyboards
Adam Jones - guitar
Justin Chancellor - bass

Steve Reich (1936) is an American musician, considered together with Terry Riley, Phillip Glass, John Cage and The Monte Young a pioneer of musical minimalism, current that arose after the Second World War, which (in a very minimalist definition) seeks to reduce music to basics, simplifying structures, harmonies, through slow, repetitive pulse or constant use materials with minimal variation.

This album, released in 1989, presents two works: Different Trains performed by the Kronos Quartet and Electric Counterpoint, played by renowned jazz guitarist Pat Metheny .

Different Trains (1988) is a composition for string quartet and tape; America: Before the War refers to his own memories as a child, and traveled by train from New York to California to visit his mother. In Europe: During The War links its own travel by train with in the same period were made to the concentration camps during the Nazi Regime. It is stated that, being Jewish and living in Europe, perhaps he would have made those trips, with a completely different order. After the War is the meeting between those who traveled in America and the survivors of those macabre European trains.

For amplified flute, 1982) and New York Counterpoint (for amplified clarinet, 1985) both with electronic tape too. Musicians

duo The Knife is a Swedish electro-pop that makes its appearance in early 2000 and so far has 5 albums released under his own seal. It was not until 2003 with their album Deep Cuts when the band acquired a reputation higher, reaching to be heard abroad thanks to the many awards he received. It must be said that despite the fame that had come at that time their relationship with the media is almost nil, for its part, the fans have known how to value such an act (rare for a band these days). His works have always maintained an aesthetic more "challenging" for the pop, relying much on the electronic sounds and synthesizers to their tunes. This new work but left behind many of the things that came from being on the road and faced with an entirely different proposition, palatable only to a point but just as interesting to listen. The Fans of the band have come to take different points of view and appreciation of the disc.

who have not heard anything as strange as this project possibly discarded to the Recycle Bin on first listen. For those who are more accustomed to experiments like this will find familiarity with contemporary works of lyrical and electroacoustic. Will certainly be remembered in years later as a benchmark album for a next wave of musicians and who knows ... maybe be considered a classic in several decades. Reference
