Crispy Eggplant with Gambon and BICA


INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large eggplant
- 8 big shrimps
crude
- A piece of goat cheese
-
tempura flour PREPARATION:
Cut the eggplant very thin and let it rest with a little salt.
Peel the big shrimps.
The oven preheated to 160 degrees and hot when we put the cheese for 10 minutes. We took
eggplant and fill with Gambon, the tempura batter with flour and fry in skillet until browned.
